As part of our continued growth, we seek Sr. Product Engineer to
? Support characterization and on-time productization of new AC-DC,SSL and DC-DC products with the right cost and quality.
? Support profitability of AC-DC, SSL and DC-DC products in production through yield enhancement, test cost reduction and other innovative cost reduction techniques without compromise in quality
The role
Working in PCBG Operations team based in Tianjin, China you will:
? On-time introduction of new products supporting characterization, qualification and productization at the right cost and quality supporting company growth targets.
? Cost reduction through Wafer sort and Final test yield enhancement, reduced test cost, and other innovative cost reduction techniques supporting company gross margin goals.
? Quality improvement through implementation of pro-active process controls in world-wide manufacturing sites enabling reduction in dppm and enhanced total customer satisfaction.
? On-time dispositioning of production material ensuring on-time customer order fulfilment with no compromise in quality
? Support Failure analysis during product development and production phases.
What we are looking for
? Minimum a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, and Masters in Electrical Engineering would be preferred
? At least 5 years as a Product Engineer in a Analog/ Mixed signal semiconductor company
? Work experience in PMICs , SSL , ADC, DAC ICs
? Hands on experience on ATE platforms specifically ASL1000/ Eagle/ Teradyne test systems
? Bench test skills with experience using power supplies, curve tracers, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
? Knowledge of Statistical data analysis techniques and tools ( JUMP,Galaxy, etc)
? Experienced in New Product Introduction.
? Experienced in yield enhancement and cost reduction
? Team player with a can-do attitude
? Knowledge of Xilinx FPGA tools
? ATE and bench test HW/SW trouble-shooting skills
? Self-driven
