Major responsibilities
1.Find customers in the Italian PV market for JA products
2.Set up a customer structure that will lead to the highest possible market share for JA in the Italian mar-
ket
3.Payment collection
4. Marketing plans for the Italian PV market
5.Regular visits to customers
6. Supervision of order execution
Minor responsibilities
1.Make sales budgets when demanded by company
2. Do pre-sales and after-sales work with other internal departments when needed
3.Market research
Performance standards
1.Sales result of Team Europe
2.Sales result of JA in Italy and personal sales result
3.Avoidance of overdue payments
4.Keep successfully finding new customers
Qualifications and characteristics
1.At least 2-3 years sales and sales-related work experience, be able to drive business
2.Italian language on native-speaker level, fluent in English and solid Chinese language skills
3.Firm in knowledge on and experienced in international trade
4. Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
5. Very good communication skills, strong analytical skills
6. Familiar with standard computer programs such as word, excel, power point etc.
