Job Description

Project Accountant

Summary of Position
Experienced, bilingual (Mandarin/English) Project Based Accountant, familiar with PRC tax laws and oversea payment policies to collaborate with both the Finance team and Project leadership while tracking rolling forecasts on complex projects with multiple subcontractors. Will be required to work within an ERP system for no less than three (3) years.

Primary Functions and Responsibilities
?Budget setup and tracking both in ERP (Deltek Vision) and Excel;
?Project cost analysis and management;
?Co-ordination with project management department/team;
?Communicating/clarifying between Chinese and US parties on intercompany billings due to intercompany services provision;
?Maintenance of Rolling Forecast;
?Project contract keeping and management;
?Variance analysis between actual and budget/forecast on project base;
?Support vendor invoice processing;
?Review and advise on taxes pertaining to sub-contractors;
?Treasury jobs associated with projects;
?Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills
?Tax experience is preferred;
?Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in English and Chinese;
?Highly ethical with an ability to maintain information confidentially;
?Advanced computer and analytical skills, including Microsoft Office products;　Demonstrated proficiency in Excel including ability to create and troubleshoot complex spreadsheets;
?Must have advanced experience working with fully integrated accounting systems, experience with Accpac, PSA, UFIDA is preferred;
?Strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
?Ability to work a flexible schedule and cross-cultural, fast-paced environment; may be requested to work overtime on occasion to meet strict deadline;
?Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment;
?Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail;
?Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined;
?Adaptable, can be working under pressure.

Minimum Job Requirements
?Bachelor Degree (or above) with a major in Finance or Accounting required;
?At least 5 years’ working experience, 2-3 years’ experience of FP&A;
?Experience in Architecture Design or Real Estate Company preferred. 举报 分享
