职位描述：
I. Mission
Monitor the performance of quality equipment’s, focusing on the work based on standards, ensuring quality in the process and product.

II. Essential Functions and Key Accountabilities
Function/Accountability
1. Perform dimensional analysis and line adjustments based on the result.
2. Management Process Capability studies (CPK)
3. Analyze and implement improvements in the effectiveness of the control points in the process.
4. Calibrate measuring equipment in their span of control.
5. Guarantee implementation of the system of metrology in the process.
6. Decide rework or rejection of the material in quarantine.
7. Generate and implement actions to reduce Scrap.
8. Tracking indicators for the development and implementation of corrective actions if necessary.
9. Keep updated the information registered in the management systems of its area.
10. Coordinate (to Lead Meetings) with specialty team for troubleshooting, project implementation and engineering changes.
11.Comply with Environmental, Quality systems and security guidelines that apply in the area.

Requirements:
I. Academic and Experience
Education
Professional Degree as: Industrial-Systems Engineering, Industrial-Administration Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Administration Engineering
English: fluent
Experience in Quality and/or Process Areas
Experience in handling of statistic tools, Personnel Management
Experience in Metal-Mechanic Industry ideal if Automotive Industry

II. Technical Skills
Process and product engineering
ISO-9000 System Norms, preferable ISO TS / 16949.
Advanced Quality Planning
Quality Statistic Tools
Problem Solving and Analysis Methodology (8D, Six Sigma)
Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, process and product audits
Measurement equipment and metrology concepts
Manufacturing Processes, Office, Project, statistic software, AutoCAD
Quality Documentation
Drawing interpretation (GD&T, specs, etc)
