职位描述：
Responsibilities :

1 Liaising among different departments and coordination as needed to identify and resolve issues regarding the fast delivery of technical informations.
2 Assist all the depatments in factory, in order to assure the fast and correct flow of informations;
3 Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of complex mechanical problems.
4 Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects, including help to the Purchasingin the development of key suppliers.
5 Interface with sales, admin-sales, internal and external customers regarding mechanical/ electrical issues for specific project.
6 Specify, supervise the development of, design, or modify engineering layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of complex scope.
7 Specify, review engineering documentation and generate product specifications.
8 Provide mentoring for less experienced engineers.
9 Specify, supervise, or perform engineering analysis of complex scope.
10 Define, coordinate, perform, and generate engineering test reports. 10. May be responsible for the design, development and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle.
11 Cooperation in the establishment of standards across the internal processes.
12 Supervising and motivating his team of workers;
13 Reviewing workers performance;
14 Identifying training needs among his workers;
15 Dealing with out-of-hours problems;
16 Preparing technical reports;
17 Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within his department;
18 Availability for national and international travels, whenever it is requested or necessary


Essential Personal Criteria and Qualifications:

- Responsible person;
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering along with 5+ years of related experience in Refrigeration and Climatization Applications.
- Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough. A versatile, self-starter with a positive attitude, who is cautiously assertive;
- Ability to modulate with a dynamic workload: From heavy multi-tasking during peak workloads
- to very focused, detail-oriented work during critical projects;
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are required;
- Team attitude; eager to cooperate with others;
- Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis;
- Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet expectations;
- Willing to put in extra effort and hours as needed;
- Competent with computer softwares such as, Solidworks, E3, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project);
