职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Provide professional lift consultant service to the clients. Carry out audit, testing and evaluation of lift system and provide solution. For new and existing building, to inspect, audit and evaluate the quality of installation and function and then provide the reasonable solution.
2. To provide professional consultant service for the remolding of the lift.
3. To provide professional training related the lift system.
4. Be familiar with GB and American standard.
5. Preparing required documents and presenting in meeting
6. Training the team member and drive the development of lift team.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above majoring in Mechanical engineering, Electric engineering, MEP and Automation Engineering, etc.
2. With experience of lift system consultant, design, installation and maintenance.
3. With experience over 5 years.
4. It is preferred if have experience in special equipment, such as recreational facilities, cable car, cableway etc..
5. Fluent in oral and written English
6. Good PC skills, i.e. CAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
7. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
8. Can accept the frequent business trip.

1. 为客户提供专业的电梯系统顾问服务；为新建或在役建筑电梯系统提供安装质量和功能的检查、审计和评估服务，并为发现问题提供合理的解决方案；
2. 为电梯系统改造提供咨询，优化改造方案、改造费用估算、改造施工方案等；
3. 提供电梯系统相关的培训服务；
4. 熟悉GB和美标；
5. 准备会议材料，并在会议上展示建议或工作成果；
6. 持续关注行业形势（包括法律法规、政策等），从中发现潜在机会。

任职要求：
1. 机械、电子、机电、自动化等相关专业的本科或以上学历；
2. 具有电梯专业设计、安装、维护保养等相关的工作经验；
3. 至少5年的工作经验；
4. 具有电梯之外其它特种设备（如游乐设施、缆车、索道等）工作经验者优先；
5. 良好的英语口语和读写能力；
6. 良好的计算机水平，如CAD，office系列办公软件；
7. 良好的沟通技巧；
