Purpose: This executive position is responsible for the planning of the field promoter and CSA manpower for the execution of the SiS sales and service plan to achieve the sales and service target of our owned retail presence in China. This retail service expert leverages account specific manpower resources and marketing plans to build execution strategies to successfully apply field force programs within budget that maximize revenue and Opex ROI.
Core Responsibilities:
Analysis & Insight
• Maximize ROI on marketing and service activities by measuring and optimizing field forces performance.
• Anticipate and discover competitor’s activities, and adjust manpower plan to counter.
• Use results of analysis to learn from execution success and failures in order to optimize continued and future retail manpower efforts
Marketing Planning
• Create medium and long-term field force execution plans that maintain sales through the product life cycle and are tailored to account needs
• Anticipate needs of the selling seasons and industry trends and deliver feedback to support
Marketing Fundamentals
• Keep track of the market development and understand the knowledge and skill set need of the sales and service field forces and feedback the gap to the channel marketing and retail service function for long term competency development
• Articulate to the account and stakeholders how past tactics performed and build upon successes and/or failures to continually optimize our retail service efforts.
Marketing Execution
• Account execution & seamless integration between Category, Sales & Retail Services, internal support teams (LOVED) to drive successful achievement of sales and service result at retail stores.
• Work with other retail service function to ensure timely field sales and service field force plan execution
• Responsibly budget and allocate funds based on result of analysis and in alignment with the partner’s and Microsoft’s goals
