职位描述：
Responsibilities:
New client implementation
? Be responsible for implementation timelines and tasks to support new business opportunity from system and data perspective
? Gather, analyses, formulate and communicate data and process flows with clients,
? Design system solutions; building system and data interaction with clients
? Coordinate production implementation efforts with user community and IT
? Implement local system configuration or development if necessary
? Communicate with US headcounter for new project and system development
? Design and execute project testing plans with expected results based on the modifications and design.
? Manage internal and external expectations in projects, maintain good relationship with stakeholders

Operation system maintenance and enhancements
? Maintain and support system and operational data for daily transactions and activities
? Manage local system configuration and administration for China
? Analyze processes, interface and sub-system problems for adaptive or corrective changes.
? Recommend and implement system enhancements that promote efficiency, compliance and growth
? Provide system guidance or support to end users

Business requirement definition
? Interpret business, compliance, and financial needs for complex projects, with little or no background information
? Lead customer sessions and interviews to gather requirement and define data flows.
? Define and document business requirements and project charters including systems scope and objectives
? Communicate business requirements to local and international IT development team; ensure IT understanding of requested project objectives and the accuracy of their technical documents.
? Drive and lead UAT testing, provide user signoff

Analysis/Solution Generation
? Research complex problems and issues base on system documentation, operation processes and data analysis
? Provide daily production support – dealing with daily reported system/data issues.
? Analysis and resolve issue, isolated defect to development team,
? Coach junior staff
? Implement temporary solutions to problems when appropriate, and recommend system solutions alternatives.

Risk Management
? Reports promptly to a line manager any perceived new risks or failure of existing controls
Requirements:
Experience
? 3-4 years’ Experience of business analysis or system analysis
? Specification writing experience/user and business requirements gathering and analysis.
? Experience of a complete user acceptance test life cycle.
Knowledge
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, computer science or related field preferred
? Requires knowledge of a variety of business applications
? Product implementation life cycle.
? Basic knowledge on SQL
Skill
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
? Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
? Organizational and negotiation skills.
? Data analysis skills.
? Ability to write specifications for review by various different levels of employee.
? Ability to learn new applications and equipment
? Keen observation skills to interpret and document complex workflow processes.
? Ability to priorities, organize and work on multiple tasks
