职位名称：空运操作

职位描述
- 对业务中的每一票货物进行操作，协调操作中的各项问题。
- 业务中发生问题及时上报，保证有效期内解决问题，做到今日事今日毕。
- 操作每一票货物时及时统计收入和成本, 及时向客户收回费用。
- 与内外部客户沟通协调进出口操作事宜。
- 完成主管交待的其它相关工作。

任职资格
- 3年以上空运操作进出口经验与客服工作经验，熟悉空运进出口流程，国际贸易、物流等相关专业***。
- 能独立解决一般操作问题，行动迅速，能在压力下完成工作。
- 有较强的英文沟通能力，书写流畅、口语流利者优先。
- 工作认真细致，思维敏捷，有责任感，为人诚实守信，勤奋主动，做事条理清晰，有良好的客户服务意识，沟通、协调能力强。
