职位描述：
KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Following our quality standard and best practice to accurately capture and update claims data,
2. Determine policy coverage, liability; assess the loss by gathering and analyzing relevant facts; utilizing applicable law; establishing basic principles of negligence;
3. Establishing timely reserve and developing case strategy, monitor claims throughout claims cycle within authority limit by estimating and validating value of claims and resolve escalating issues as appropriate;
4. Negotiate settlement of claim by establishing appropriate negotiation strategy and utilizing available tools and resources within authority limits.
5. Management expense control by working with panel venders;
6. Assisting with potential fraud case and sanction checking;
7. Assisting with regulation reports and claim controlling work.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Law or Insurance
2. 1-3 -years working experience in Claim in GI company
