Associate Director / Senior Manager - Retail Department
(Stationed in Chengdu Sichuan Province, China)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Director;
Responsible for the provision of tenant / landlord services and retail consulting services, including transaction management and project marketing and leasing;
Responsible for the retail team of Chengdu & Chongqing branches of Savills;
Effective and constructive team management.
Requirements:
Degree holder or with relevant professional qualifications, RICS/HKIS preferred;
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, China related working experience is a big advantage;
Experienced in retail consulting, leasing as well as operation of shopping mall;
Proactive ,energetic, positive attitude;
Computer knowledge;
Excellent analytical and presentation skills;
Willing to meet new challenge and travel.
Fluent English and Mandarin.
