(Associate) Manager, Retailer Service, Xiamen
Description
1. Account Management and Business Development:(30%)
a) Maintain key partnership accounts.
b) Identify opportunities and potential clients and build relationships with these potential clients, focusing on: FMCG/ apparel/ Fashion brands / Shopping mall or Commercial real estate industry
c) Ensure maximum client satisfaction through high level of client service standards in line with client expectations
d) Provide value-added product solutions and benefits to client business issues
2. Client Service, Analytical and Presentation Skills:(30%)
Serve as a primary contact with the client for on-going services.
Have generic industry knowledge and be able to independently liaise with clients regarding business issues, report &Analysis.
Responsible for summarizing and concluding the report with quality insights to satisfy client’s request for on-site services and finish from time to time presentation.
Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the existing multiple clients and capable to identify and develop business opportunities outside the existing client base.
3. Retailer Recruitment:(30%)
Responsible for handling issues arising for all on-going recruitment stages and provides necessary solutions.
Capable to plan recruitment strategy and timeline and be able to recruit new clients independently to make sure the recruitment target is finished on-time.
Fully support on recruitment seminars, including materials and PPT preparation, search for seminar cooperation partners and serves as presenter during the seminar.
Administration, including research project contract, payment, bidding documents etc. (10%)
