Job Description:


1.研发新产品及使之可以商品化。New Tin base stabilizer development and its commercialization.

2.分析实验风险，建立实验方案, 及时准确提供实验报告。Risk analysis and design for Lab trial. Report the results on time and correctly.

3.经常性拜访客户，取得PVC行业和稳定剂发展状况。Frequently visit customer to get precise information of PVC product and PVC heat stabilizer development tendency.

4.负责试验数据及试验样品的保存。 Keep samples and analysis data.

5.配合工厂生产新开发的产品。Cooperate with process engineer to scale up new developed Tin base stabilizer.

6.负责研发实验仪器维护工作, 使仪器保持良好运行。准备实验所需的仪器，药品。Maintain equipments in R&D lab, prepare chemicals for daily trial.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1.有机化学背景, 博士学历,　五年以上PVC热稳定剂相关工作经验优先。Doctor's Degree with organic chemistry background . 5+ years experiences in PVC heat stabilizer a plus.

2.熟练使用常用计算机软件。 Good command of Office and other relevant softwares used in Lab.

3.良好的团队精神及沟通能力。 Good team-work spirit and communication skills.

4.能用英语写实验报告。Able to prepare reports in English.

我公司为法国独资企业，主要进行生产和销售用于PVC行业的有机锡稳定剂。与集团内下属海外分公司均有业务联系。产品行销国内外。
