Receive SI from shipper
Key HB/L data into the system
Send HB/L draft and invoice to supplier for confirmation
Send SI to carrier and confirm MB/L draft to carrier
Send pre-alert to oversea agent with HB/L,MB/L,INVOICE and other related documents
Receive payment from shipper and settle payment to carrier
HB/L and MB/L releasing
Follow up the outstanding

Job Requirement:

College degree or above major in Logistics/International Trade/Business English or relevent
3 years experience in Logisitics.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
