职位描述：
Area of Accountability:
Responsible for the development and execution of Tektronix business development activities. Accountable for meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets. Communicate issues and problems to management to drive and assist with resolution.
Major Responsibilities:

1. Create market analyses for key Chinese markets
? Refine / Develop a complete detailed summary of regional market
? Identify key success factors (i.e. market needs for product, distribution and service and price) for each market studied
? Develop strategies for product launch and market share expansion
? Deploy account strategies in conjunction with management to achieve goals and objectives set for the business
2. Develop and direct competitive market intelligence campaigns; establish significant source information for closely monitoring market and competitor activities and create attack strategies for the Chinese market.
3. Develop, communicate, and execute business development strategies to support sales objectives. Contribute to the development of the annual business/marketing plans and the forecasting process.
4. Manage the analysis of regional market surveys to identify opportunities and risks, and improvement needs. Support continuous improvement ideas.
5. Monitor sales trends and activities for all Chinese markets and segments.
6. Establish all new current and long term pricing strategies and conquest business activities

Qualifications: Include education, experience, and skills required or preferred. Example:
? An ideal candidate should have strong BD skills and good market sense. Also, familiar with instrument and meter industry is an advantage.
? Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business, MBA preferred
? Strategic understanding of the Chinese market
? Multilingual, English and Mandarin as a minimum
? Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
? Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
? Strong analytical skills
? Self motivated with good organization and planning skills
? Excellent people skills and ability to develop good working relationships with a broad spectrum of customers, distributors, sales group, staff, etc.
