Archibat HR Asia is a French recruitment company specialized in various industries: Architecture/Construction, Retail, Marketing&Advertising, Product&Industrial design, Sales & Business support. We are currently looking for a Human Resources/Recruitment Intern in order to integrate our team in Shanghai office.

Location: Shanghai, near People’s Square
Missions :
- Assist consultants in their daily tasks
- Deal with candidates’ application and organize interviews with consultants
- Follow up on candidates during the recruitment process
- Contact with candidates and clients
- Search new clients in order to expand Archibat’s portfolio: Business development through cold calls, emailings, sending brochures
- Source new candidates to expand candidates’ database
- Help Marketing, Admin and HR department in daily work
Profile :
- Fluency in Chinese and English mandatory, knowledge of French is a plus
- Major in sales related disciplines, marketing or HR (or design related major)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Knowledge of Apple Mac is a plus
Skills :
- Highly motivated, flexible and willing to learn
- Well-organized and able to manage different tasks at the same time
- Good communication and interpersonnal skills
- Able to work in team, easygoing personnality
- Good phone manners

职位要求
- 中英文流利，懂法语者尤佳
- 销售、市场或人力资源相关专业背景( 或设计类相关专业)
- 精通Microsoft计算机办公软件，熟悉Mac办公软件系统尤佳
技能：
- 积极性高，灵活，好学有进取心
- 工作安排有序，能够同时间管理并完成不同的工作任务
- 良好的沟通和表达能力
- 能有团队合作精神，性格开朗
- 良好的电话沟通技巧
