具体要求：
1;ProE proficiency;
2;Strong mechanical aptitude;
3;Demonstrated history of design innovation;
4;Be able to work in a team environment with good sense in communications, negotiating with others, attention to detail, customer sensitivity;
5;Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking;
6;3-5 years work experience in mechanical engineering, with strong background in plastic component design;
7;Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;
8;Design experience with fluid handling components for medical applications;
9;Thermoplastic materials selection experience;
10;Demonstrated history of working directly with customers to translate their needs into innovative new products;
11;Familiarity with ISO13485.

职责描述：
1;Understands Colder’s products and related technology;
2;Carries out product design, and completes all related drawings, BOMs,TRC and release in internal system;
3;Work with team and supplier to fulfill DFA and DFM;
4;Work with customers to provide technical solutions for new opportunities;
5;Conducts quality issue analysis for RGA;
6;Maintains and updates Engineering documentation;
7;Be responsible for product qualification to meet customer specification;
8;Adhere to all safety regulations;
9;Demonstrate support of CPC core values;
10;Perform other job duties and/or projects to meet business needs.
