职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Work together with marketing and sales to build value propositions, understand customer needs and provide the applied technology solution that meet their needs.
? Translate customer needs into technical designs.
? Present results to customers as well as internal stakeholders and at strategic international conferences.
? Develop enzyme application know-how as part of a global application organization.
? Manage specific application projects, interpret data and draw conclusions including commercial implications.
? Develop and initiate new project ideas to expand knowledge and/or intellectual properties.
? Develop application methodology to build correlation of lab scale test and plant scale test result.

Qualifications:
? Master degree and 3-5 years of textile and related industry experience.
? Hands-on application development or service experience in textile industry, and a strong background in application method development and use for quantitative analyses.
? Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and a strong desire to work in a team environment.
? Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to the rapid changes associated with new technology and business needs.
? Self-driven personality.
? Good language capability in both Chinese and English.
