Responsibilities:
工作职责：
Supervising HVAC installation, upgrade and maintenance projects throughout China.
主管国内HVAC系统的安装、升级和维护项目
Training and development of field installation and maintenance staff.
培训和开发现场安装和维护人员
Plan installation projects from conception to completion and set tasks, observing time schedules, budget and create status reports
负责规划安装项目，包括概念到实施、设定任务、监控进展、预算，提交进展报告
Liaising with client and internal team throughout the process, making adjustments to projects as necessary.
在项目进行中协调客户和内部团队，必要时对项目进行调整
Managing project material supply, tools, equipment, on-site test etc.
负责项目材料供应、工具、设备和现场测试等工作

Requirements:
任职要求：
Bachelor degree with Engineering major.
工程类专业本科以上学历
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC system or similar mechanical system installation and maintenance
5年以上HVAC系统或者类似项目的安装和维护工作经验
Excellent communication skills, including quick understanding and active listening, good team player.
出色的项目沟通技能，包括快速理解、积极聆听，良好的团队合作
Ability to meet high quality standard requirements.
努力达到高标准的要求
Willingness to take challenges, work under pressure.
积极面对压力和挑战
Availability to travel throughout China.
可在国内出差
Good command of verbal and written English.
