Purpose of the Job:
Provide effective support to the sales management and daily management of the sales team.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
? Provides sales support through following up on leads, generating quotes, entering orders, and communicating with the customer and Sales .
? Accurately complete all paperwork/correspondence to ensure prompt resolutions.
? Communicate effectively and professionally with customers via telephone, fax and internet
? Respond to customer inquiries and provide input regarding solutions in an efficient and timely fashion or refer to the Team Leader as necessary.
? Assists in the assessment of customer requirements and provides input regarding solutions.
? Execute follow up calls on orders.
? Communicate with team timely for the company updates-monitoring sales and dealers performance; coordinate and facilitate the regional meetings.
? To provide logistical support and market support for related sales activities (such as preparation and organization work).
? Fast response and effective coordinate sales team’s routine work needs.
Qualifications:
- Above college degree.
- 5 year related experience, interested in sales admin and office work.
- Initiative, team-spirited is preferred.
- Willingness to perform and result orientation.
- Creativity and ability to Change.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High ability of execution.
- Good coordinator.
- Respect and esteem.
- Integration and contribution in team.
- Chinese(native speaker).
- English(good basics).
- Very good in Microsoft Office.
