JOB TITLE:Customer Service -- Order taking
职位:客户服务代表 - 订单处理
REPORTS TO:Logistics Manager
主管:物流经理
JOB OBJECTIVE:To perform the daily customer service and ordering functions of the Logistics Department.
工作目标:完成物流部门客户服务和订货的日常工作
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
主 要 职 责:
1. Accept orders and contracts via mail or web, put directly into computer system to create sales order, and track backorders.
通过邮件或网络接收客户订单及合同,并直接输入计算机系统生成销售订单, 追踪缺货订单。
2. Assist customers or distributors with questions regarding replacements, deliveries, pricing and availability. Follow the orders about deficiency, replacements and delivery.
协助客户或代理商解决有关货物更换,运输,报价的问题;并跟踪客户订单的缺货,补货及到货的情况。
3. Maintain files on the orders received,including original order,formal contract,receipt,arrival notice and airway bill.
整理归档所有销售订货资料, 包括原始订单, 正本合同, 发票, 到货通知及运单等。
4. Process orders received from customers or distributors, and give feedback including looking up prices and stocks.
处理收到的订单,及时向客户反馈订单的具体情况(价格,库存等)。
5. Provide the customers and distributors with product package and delivery information for each customer order.
为客户或代理商提供订单的包装及运输的相关情况(价格,发货及到货时间等)。
6. Update customer & distributor lists.
定期更新客户和代理商清单。
7. Assist warehouse supervisor to follow up payment or balance of sales orders.
协助库房主管追踪客户订单的付款情况。
8. Will understand and comply with all elements of the Promega Quality System outlined for the position.
理解并遵守普洛麦格公司对该职位的所有要求和规定
9. Communicate with logistics in US about the daily safety stocks and backorders, special sales orders.
与美国总部物流部门负责计划及发货的同事就物流部门的日常库存及客户特殊订单的需求进行沟通。
OCCASIONAL DUTIES:
临 时 性 工 作:
1. Survey customers’ complaints regarding the orders shipment and receipt of their packages.
处理客户或经销商对产品包装及运输问题的投诉。
2 Prepare report forms on logistics daily operations (safety stocks, backorders)
定期制作物流部门的工作报表 (库存,缺货订单统计 )
3. Ability to travel when necessary.
当工作需要时, 能够出差
4. Special duties as assigned.
完成公司安排的其它任务。
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
基 本 要 求:
1. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in logistics background.
至少10年物流方面的工作背景。
2. Efficient in operating Microsoft office tools (Excel/Word/PPT).Fluent English in listening, reading, writing and speaking.
熟练使用微软办公软件(EXCEL/WORD/POWERPOINT).流利的英语听说读写能力。
3. Organization and follow-up;Ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple projects.
具有组织能力和跟踪检查习惯, 面对复杂任务时, 能注重轻重缓急, 临危不乱。
4. Previous experience in a customer service role and Import/Export.
有客户服务及进出口的工作经验。
5. Ability to frequently and accurately communicate with customers and other departments in company.
极强的与客户及内部其他部门沟通协调的能力。
6. Ability to work with computer equipment, fax and copier and facsimile machines to smart daily works.
能够正确及恰当的使用计算机设备, 复印机以及电脑传真机便利日常工作。
7. Accept necessary overtime work.
能够接受必要的加班。
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Familiar with Promega products, good communication skills as the person will work with people in the Customer Service department as well as with people in various other departments. To ensure that order are handled accurately,this person must be able to understand communication correctly and communicate problems and issues in a clear and concise manner.

2. Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated attention to detail.

4. Prefer to have SAP experiences.
