Responsibility
1.Develop business strategy to gain market share in selected segments.
2.Responsible for implementing and developing regional account management
3.Work jointly with field sales engineers to develop target account and market penetration strategies
4.Set the goals and targets with the management and drive for revenue growth in the segment together with Sales, Customers and Marketing groups.
5.End user relationship buildup and coordination

Requirements
1.University or College degree.
2.Minimum 5years experience in Business Development/Sales or Marketing.
3. Prior Automotive experiences with customer side or supplier side in electronic component products who has extensive existing either customer or supplier , or both relationship/network in the responsible region
4.Computer literacy in Microsoft Office or similar software.
5.Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
