职位描述：
Implement and develop the processes of certain compensation and benefits programs, e.g. banding, award, additional compensation, commercial insurance, etc.. and ensure the execution excellence.

Monitor and guide HR admins to execute the processes completely and accurately with high quality

Manage the designated programs as manager point, monitor and improve execution performance, interlock with HRP, HR functions, other teams, and employees on daily operation.

Analyze C&B data for project/management development and decision making

Act as BU comp operation focal to support BU compensation program deployment, execution, and analysis

Support C&B projects

Other matters when necessary

Requirements;

University degree or above

Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin is a MUST

3+ years of working experiences in Comp and Ben is preferred

Required

Bachelor's Degree

At least 7 years experience in HR experience
