Responsibilities:
1. Prepare reports for MKT director and brand manager (Fine wine reports, depletion reports, account list, summary by SKUs and brand team communication)
2. Prepare PO (Create and maintain item code, item name, ex-cellar price and supplier code for both wines and POSM)
3. Assist designer do some POSM paperwork (Prepare POSM payment to finance)
4. Label translation (Cooperate with outsourcing company and double check the label translation, prepare support information for fine wine GCC and Burgundy wines’ appellation)
5. Assist price list update (Prepare item list and help to check stock)
6. Additional paper work required by MKT director and brand manager
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Good communication skills in Chinese & English
3. Highly motivated, open minded and good team player
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular excel.
