职位描述

职责:
- 持续不断的积累对中国互联网社区发展与文化,网络营销战略,以及众多公司所服务的客户的行业,品牌和产品有丰富认知;
- 引领某些行业的网络口碑和社区文化研究,积极指导和整理相关领域的研究成果;并不断予以总结和发表;
- 深入了解客户新的需求和行业新发展,参与年度公司AOP和预算制订和管理,构思和规划研究咨询业务拓展新战略,实现战略规划的行业和客户拓展,带领客户服务团队完成年度业绩,保证客户的高满意度;
- 独立带领多个项目团队提供各类高质量的研究咨询服务,为客户提供各类非常有价值的咨询建议,帮助其营销战略策划,获得客户高度赞赏;
- 积极领导客户服务团队参与多个不同行业客户的研究咨询服务和新的业务拓展,设计和改进研究咨询服务产品和解决方案, 优化团队人员分工与协调,实现高质量高效率的团队合作;
- 积极参与并提议各类营销沟通活动,和业界及客户的营销管理高层广泛交流,参与业界各类论坛交流,分享和演讲,赢得专业声誉;
- 领导团队积极实现各类客户互动沟通,包括项目研究报告的演示,研究咨询服务的推介,行业知识培训,头脑风暴等,和客户一起讨论中国网络社区变革带来的各类营销战略创新,赢得客户高层的高度认可;
- 领导和管理客户服务团队成员的研究,项目管理,客户沟通,和业务拓展工作,根据公司整体战略,指定客户服务团队的人员和业务管理规划并不断提出管理创新,指导团队成员的职业规划,实现人才培养和发展目标,树立卓越的团队精神;
- 提议,组织,和指导多个公司网络口碑研究模型,咨询产品及服务的开发和完善项目,实现突破与创新;
- 与其它客户服务团队积极交流和协作,分享新知;积极领导,组织,协调团队之间和部门之间的沟通,跨部门,跨团队之间的及时响应;
- 深入理解公司各类网络口碑分析技术及其原理,指导团队成员灵活运用各类技术设计客户服务方案,提高技术方面的客户认知和营销沟通,不断并对技术发展和技术服务提出建设性的意见;
- 积极领导或组织各类网论资讯整理,行业研究等临时小组工作,领导或组织公司及团队的各类活动,彰显公司文化;

要求:

- 本科或以上学历,市场营销,企业管理,社会学,新闻学,心理学,广告学,电子商务,计算机信息系统等相关专业为佳;有海外相关专业留学或工作背景优先;
- 拥有8年以上市场营销管理,数字网络营销,和市场研究分析相关的工作经验;且拥有某领域的研究或咨询服务专长;拥有5年以上相关团队管理经验;
- 对网络媒体及网络产业有非常深入的了解,乐于投身于互联网络研究和创新,拥有浓厚兴趣和持续的研究热情;
- 对市场研究理论和实践有充分的认知,如定性和定量研究;具备市统计分析专长或研究模型设计经验的优先;
- 挚信成熟,果敢进取,沉稳持重,拥有优秀的客户服务团队领导能力,和跨部门领导,组织,协调和协作能力;
- 擅长人际沟通,拥有优秀的人员管理能力,至少管理过8个人的团队,有丰富的团队培育和发展经验;

- 优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通表达能力,能用英语自如的拟写,演示,和推介研究成果,和公司业务,理念,和战略愿景,参与行业相关的演讲,为各类客户提供相关培训;
- 良好的电脑应用能力,熟悉对电脑数据库和各类网络工具,熟练使用各类办公软件;
- 经常参与BBS论坛讨论,广泛使用各类网络社会化媒体,和持续撰写个人博客的优先;
- 有汽车、医药健康、金融服务、电子技术、计算机和信息通讯、软件开发、网络游戏、多媒体传播等行业研究背景者优先。

Job Description:
? Continually accumulate experience and knowledge of Internet media as well as assigned client industry/brand/product related information
? Specialize in a specific industry's IWOM and online community culture research, and continuously reorganizes the research results of related domain;
? Able to analyze and identify clients requirements as well as develop the industry; participate in company’s yearly AOP and budget setup and management, design and plan research referral service developing strategy, realize industry strategic plan and customer development, lead the research & consulting team achieve yearly targets and ensure clients’ high satisfaction levels
? Able to lead multi-project team in providing high quality research and consulting service for clients independently as well as provide valuable research suggestions to clients, assist clients in building marketing strategy plans and win recognition from clients
? Able to lead research and consulting team participate in consulting and research service to clients as well as new business development for different industry, design and improve service product and solution, optimize team member division and coordination, realize high quality and efficiency team cooperation;
? Participate in and assist all kinds of marketing PR activities, widely communicate with professionals in this field, participate in related forum and sharing, achieve mutual recognition.
? Able to lead whole team realize all kind of customer interact communication, including report presentation, recommendation of research and consulting service, industry knowledge training as well as brainstorming, communicate with clients about the innovation of marketing strategy with the development of Chinese online community initiatively, win high approval from clients high-level official
? Able to instruct team members’ research work, project management, customer communication and business development; complete team members job design and business management , and unceasingly propose new innovation according to company’s strategy and policy, realize talent self training development, set up great team spirit;
? Able to design, organize and instruct several research on IWOM model as well as development and consummation of consult products and services, with breakthrough mind and innovation;
? Able to communicate and cooperate with other project teams, willing to share new knowledge; able to communicate and support other departments smoothly and promptly
? Able to master IWOM technique and principle comprehensively and know how to freely use it to meet clients needs as well as giving constructive comments to technological development and service;
? Participate in online information reorganization and industry research groups as well as participate in company and team activities, assist marketing communication activities positively;

Requirements
- College degree or above, major in marketing, business management, sociology, journalism, psychology, advertising, e-commerce, computer information system preferred, Oversea related specialized major study or working experience first.
- Minimum 8 years related network analysis experience, digital marketing or marketing research work experience with research specialty in specific domains is a must, and at least 5 years experience in leading and managing a team
- Understand and has strong interest in Internet media and the Internet industry, devoted to Internet marketing research innovation with high research enthusiasm;
- Have full understanding of marketing research theories and practice like qualitative and quantitative investigation; has statistical analysis specialty or research model design experience preferred;
- Diligent with moral character, matured and confident with excellent leadership and trans-departmental organization skills, coordination and cooperation ability
- Excellent team management ability and communication skill as well as employee management ability, have experience lead team with at least 8 person, have full experience on team cultivation and development
- Able to innovate with breakthrough mindset, must welcome challenges, can take high pressure work, take the result as the guidance and take ownership, able to solve problem independently with creativity and breakthrough mind
- Excellent research analysis and multi-tasking management ability, independent business developing ability as well as creativity, be rigorous to self as well as team members on research and consulting service, business development and members moral
- Ability to understand thoroughly different customer’s needs, has keen commercial sense, excellent strategic thinking and plan ability with outstanding service development ability
- Excellent English speaking & writing skills, can use English comfortably in writing, presentation and recommending research results as well as company solutions, strategy and value, participate in related industry presentations as well as provide training to clients.
- Good computer application skills, understanding of basic database applications and familiar with statistic software is preferred.
- Regular participation in BBS forums, use network socialization media widely and Blog writing is a plus
- Quick learner with knowledge of specific industries (e.g. pharmaceutical, financial service, automobile, consumer electronics, Information Communication, Software Development, Online Gaming industries) preferred.
