职位描述：

• Processing the daily Sales Invoice based on the products delivery
• Issue VAT Fapiao, make a clear record and post the Fapiao to customers based on the specific requirements
• Customer VAT issuing database maintenance and update
• Responsible for the AR-Collection, provide a clear receivable data for the tracking
• Processing the AR module based on the bank/money receipts
• Processing the daily Purchase Invoice based on the incoming-stock
• Arrange the payment to suppliers based on the payment terms
• Reconcile the AR and AP account value at end of the Monthly Closing
• Monthly VAT Declaration for the Taxation Reporting
• Prepare weekly AR controlling reports. Update revenue data and AR date in ERP timely.
• Keep and binding clear and tidy for all the financial vouchers, clear record and easy reference
• Other issues assigned by Accounting Supervisor

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree with major in Finance or Accounting.
• Good spoken & written English;
• 1 year working experience is required
