Job title: (CER-AS)Assistant Sales 助理销售

Responsibilities
1. Using telephone and pre-set questionnaire to understand object client’s needs;
2. To describe Bureau Veritas and products of System Certification Services on phone;
3. To answer client’s questions;
4. Record client’s needs and report on daily or weekly basis.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Good communication skill, especially on phone;
3. Standard mandarin and pleasant voice;
4. Love communicating with people, positive, patient and not easily giving up;
5. Good at handling clients’ refuse, complaint and even rude attitude;
6. Proficient in office software,Chinese typing at least 40 words / minutes


工作范围：
1. 使用电话和前期问卷调查的形式理解目标客户的需求
2. 通过电话介绍BV，并且向客户描述BV认证体系的产品
3. 解答客户的问题
4. 记录客户的需求并且做日记录或周记录


要求：
1. 至少专科学历及以上
2. 良好的电话沟通技巧
3. 标准的普通话
4. 喜欢从事销售工作，对销售行业有热情，乐于主动沟通，工作态度积极，受挫能力强
5. 善于处理客户的拒绝，抱怨甚至粗鲁的态度，要有跟踪客户的耐心，
6. OFFICE软件熟练，中文打字速度不小于40字/分钟
7. 具有基本的英语读写能力，听说不作要求

Founded in year 2001 in Shanghai, Industry and Facilities (I&F) Division is one of the four operation platforms of Bureau Veritas in China.
