职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Support of the supported Operating Unit in all issues of health, safety and environment protection (EHS), including human workplace design (ergonomy), in particular:
2. Information and consultancy of Local Boards of Management (OUs) and responsible persons in matters of planning, execution and maintenance of equipment, purchase and application of technical work equipment, choice and introduction of working procedures as well as raw, working and hazardous materials, design of workplaces and workstations, working processes as well as emergency precautions
3. Consultancy and support according to the assessment and documentation of working conditions and environmental impacts (risk/hazard assessment)
4. Consultancy and support according to the safety assessment of plant/operational facilites and technical work equipment before startup and working processes before introduction
5. Planning, execution and evaluation of HSE inspections and audits as well as risk analyses in order to control and ensure the fulfillment of legal and internal HSE regulations and introduction of adequate improvement measures
6. Support of the supported Operating Units in order to fulfill the legal HSE regulations by applying the methods predefined by the Center of Competence HSE
7. Communication of existing deficiencies to the local Board of Management and responsible persons
8. Illustration of measures related to existing deficiencies and deviations from requirements as well as ensuring fulfillment of requirements
9. Support during the introduction and implementation of Voith HSE standards, guidelines and campaigns within in the supervised locations
10. Local release/approval of raw, working and hazardous materials
任职要求：
1. min 5 Year experiences in HSE field in multi-national company
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Microsoft (office, word, excel, ppt, etc), fluent English (oral & written), sound communication skill (with top management & shop floor employees) 举报 分享
