职位描述：
岗位职责：
a. Perform the yearly, monthly & weekly approval production plans to ensure all the plans are finished in an effective way;
执行批准的生产计划，确保年,月和周计划按时和有效地完成；
b. Establish the policies for drug production to ensure the packaging activities be executed ef-fectively and systematically.
建立各项措施确保生产活动可靠,正常系统地运行
c. Develop reasonable budget in accordance with implementation plans and oversee the budget control to ensure that the expense is within designated budget.
制定合理的部门预算和执行计划,监督控制预算的实施,确保各项花费能在预算内.
d. Responsible for implementation of GMP and all related activities to ensure production con-forms to required cGMP standards:
负责GMP在所有生产活动中执行并确保生产活动符合要求
e. Formulate the plan for department staff’s training and development to realize a reasonable workforce planning and employment.
制定合理的部门人员发展,增招及相应的培训计划,
f. Give instruction and assign workforce in the process of production to ensure the production plans implemented successfully.
指导并安排合适的人员在相应的岗位确保生产计划得到按时完成.
g. Review and check for and packaging technics process related documents, BPR and SOP documents to ensure the feasibility
审核技术性文件,BPR和SOP以确保其可执行.
h. Supervise the safety control for the production areas to ensure the staff would work in a safe working environment with safe equipment.
监督生产区域内的安全,确保生产人员在一个安全的环境中工作.

任职要求：
1 Min. 3 years work in managerial position with multinational company with full production responsibility
2 Familiar with local and European Pharmacy GMP (FDA as advantage）
3 Leader and team worker
4 can work under pressure
