Outcomes
1. Scouting of potential suppliers
2.Supplier visitation
3.Supplier evaluation and monitoring
4.Development and monitoring of supplier’s products and processes
5.Participation in Customer claim management (Problem Solving)
6.Develop supply agreements in coordination with the Corporate SQA
7.Management of issues and follow up relative to quality/technical aspects for supplier’s products and processes
8.Develop and maintain all Supplier Management Policies and Practices for Gnutti. These Policies and Practices should comply with the requirements of TS16949
9.Participation to Annual Material Cost Reduction Program
Basic requirements/Competencies
1.Experience in automotive sector (preferred)
2.Good knowledge of auditing practise (preferred ISO TS trained)
3.Good knowledge of materials and commodities (cast iron, steel and relative castings and forgings)
4.Good knowledge of mechanical drawing (for component commodity)
5.Good knowledge of massive heat treatments and surface treatments (plating, coating, etc.)
Significant knowledge of quality system
6.Technical background with knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferred)
Fluent English
7.The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and is between 30 and 40 years old.

Proactivity. Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company.
