？ Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline

？ Minimum 4 years’ experience in auto industrial with at least 2 years in QA position.

？ Qualified in TS16494、AS9001 and familiar with OEM’s special quality system, such as QSB、Formel-Q etc.

？ Skilled in problem solving and be good at using 5 Core tools , 8D, 5 why etc.

？ Skilled in communication and coordination, able to focus organizational efforts.

？ Good team-playing spirits, logic thinking, attention to details

？ English communicate and Computer skill

Duties & Responsibilities/任务和职责

？ Identify quality requirements, create robust control method, process release and organize to prepare PPAP /FAI /FA package etc.

？ Monitor the process inspection and SPC analysis regularly in all the stages.

？ Conduct the product/ process/ customer audit and verify the improve effectiveness.

？ Organize the function team to solve key quality issues and daily non-conformity management.

？ Customer complaint handle and customer service.

？ Continuous utilize the documents and processes to keep them in control in all the stages.

？ Champion various continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving CS and organizational objectives.

？ Certain customer requirements training and effectiveness tracking.

？ Identify and implement HSF and QC080000 requirements in the QA and QC process.

？ Authorized to shut down production activities against any abnormal process control.

？ Continuous optimize the internal procedures to make sure all meet the requirements.

？ Regularly quality performance summary and report.

？ Other relevant tasks arranged by supervisors for achieving company’s objectives.
