职位描述

Responsibility 工作职责:

1. Lead the team to achieve/over achieve sales and profit objectives.
带领团队达到/超出销售及利润目标
2. Ensure team delivers high standards of store and merchandise presentation while adhering to company merchandising principles.
确保团队严格高标准地贯彻公司制定的店铺陈列标准
3. To ensure the company promotional program is implemented as per the required standards so as to maximize sales.
确保公司促销计划及标准能够严格执行,以达到销售最大化
4. Make good decisions on the layout planning based on the understanding of merchandising principle.
对于陈列规划有良好的理解,对店铺的平面图进行良好的规划
5. To always explore and suggest opportunities to grow sales and profit within the operating framework of company
在营运框架内,提出并创造有效的提高销售和利润的方法和机会
6. To achieve agreed targets of Watsons OL sales and participation by ensuring high focus at store level.
重点关注自有品牌产品的销售,确保自有品牌销售额及销售占比达到公司要求
7. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
确保公司政策与流程的良好执行
8. Ensure the compliance of policies and procedures of local government.
确保当地法律法规的严格执行
9. To motivate a large team of people while setting high standards of performance management.
激励团队成员,并制定高标准的绩效管理计划
10. To ensure the highest level of customer service measured by Mystery Shopper score
确保团队高标
11. To always explore/implement opportunities to reduce costs.
降低营运成本
12. To manage store headcount within the agreed targets while always achieving budget salary %.
控制营运员工数量,确保人员数量和工资百分比保持在指标内
13. To ensure shrinkage management is strong and agreed target % is achieved.
确保有效的损耗管理,使店铺损耗百分比控制在目标内
14. To ensure stock levels are managed within agreed targets while ensuring low levels of out of stocks.
确保合理库存量,同时确保低缺货率
15. Knowledge of administrative and stock management procedures and systems to effectively maintain accuracy stock.
具备库存及行政管理的相关知识,确保库存数据的准确性
16. To assist in the selection and approval of new stores in a timely manner.
及时协助挑选并批准新店店址
17. To ensure new stores are opened to a high standard and on time.
确保新店在既定时间内开业
18. To plan for continued rapid growth by ensuring there is an adequate talent pool within the team at all times through both internal development and high standards of recruitment.

Requestment 职位要求:

1.At least 10 years operational managerial position holder in chained retail operations 10年以上连锁零售企业管理岗位工作经验
2.College degree or above 大专学历或以上学历
3.English writing and speaking sills (Optional) 英语读写技能
4.Problem solving and decision making 解决问题及有效决策
5.Coaching & People management 辅导与人员管理技能
