Responsibilities:
1.Formulate and execute strategy for membership growth.
2.Improving member consumption growth, raise consumption paste degrees, loyalty,
activate the deep sleep members.
3..Develop and control digital communication platforms (SMS, eDM and others).
4..Formulate regular and ad-hoc promotion to help business growth.
5..Responsible to hold and control budget and approval process.
6. Responsible for planning and execution of the projects to develop new members
7. Business development negotiation with internal and external parties.
8. Develop and growth subordinate and regional staff.


Requirements:
1.7+ years working experience in marketing/member relationship management.
2.Working experience in Retail/FMCG industry in sizable multinational company is
preferred.
3.With bachelor degree, or above.
4.Result oriented.
5.Good command in English.
6.Good PC skills.
7.Excellent communication skills and strong problem solving skills
8.Be self-motivated, and proactive
9.Able to work under pressure, calm and organized
10.Excellent cross culture communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of
the organization.
