Assistant Shipping Manager/助理船务经理
Job requirements:
1. College above , majored in international trading prefer;
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in MNC;
3. Solid experience in handling international shipment on various shipping terms , Familiar with INCOTERMS and customs is must;
4. Actively involved in communication and coordination with several areas to make sure all data accuracy;
5. Oversees and tracks the shipment of material; Ensure OTD of shipping area as commitment to Logistics, Operations and Customers.
Main responsibilities & duties:
1. Responsible for supervising and monitoring the daily operation of the shipping function;
2. Logistics cost estimation, negotiation and control and weekly & monthly shipping metrics to review , forwarder performance assessment;
3. Explore new insights to streamline the shipping operation process;
4. Fluent spoken English capability and be with Six-grade English Certificates.
5. Maintain SAP on times, update Weekly Status Report on times.
