JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager- Makes Channel, South China



LOCATION NAME: GUANGZHOU BEIJING



REPORTS TO: National BD Manager, Global Aftermarket



DEPARTMENT: GA



GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:


· Be responsible for sales of aftermarket Makes Channel products and also new channel development in North China.

· Manage the strategic and operational sales activities with the objectives of maximizing the volume of product sales in exsiting and potential markets while maintaining appropriate contribution margins.

· Gaining the area markets knowledge and having the strategical and operational scene setting for your responsible areas in regard of distributor network potentials, customer resources to work out appropriate distributor network, approach-to-market to fully intergrate the customer resources, align the company business targets with customers and follow through the implementation of these business targets with customers

· Design sales program and establish short and long-term sales strategies and sales activities to reach the sales target.

· Be responsible for coaching and managing sales respresentatives to achieve area sales and profit goals.

· Contributing to the company profitiablity from Account Receiveables and Inventory standpoint.

· Develop business partnership with potential, emerging distribution channels or other potential customers, inherient to overall business strategies to capture business growth opportunities.

· Define brand/product portfolio fit to business model of (potential) customers and lead customer's business cooperation by support sales of customers, inventory management and their sales network management and creating actively customer demands

· Manage liasion and negotiations with (potential) customers

· Working customer-oriented and cross-functionally with company internal functions to fascilitate the sales and customer support



JOB REQUIREMENTS:



· Bachelor degree, either in business/marketing or engineering field.

· 3+ years experience dealing with Aftermarket automotive customers or having automotive industry experience in sales or marketing.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Ablity to utilize creativity to explore potential customers and maximize the sales profitiability.

· Strong interpersonal skills
