Position: Senior Consultant – IT
Location
- Based at our China headquarters in Shanghai. Willingness for domestic and international travel is required.
Organization
- Report to a manager of Smart Factory & Industry 4.0
- Supervise/support project team member(s)
Challenges for the position
- Independently do consulting projects as a team leader/team member.
- Conduct public training event(s) with Academy.
- Customize training materials according to requirements of clients.
- Prepare project/workshop documentation in a structured and logic way.
- Support business development including writing proposals, developing service products, and etc..
Requirements
- Have a bachelor/master degree in IT field.
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in IT field: 3-5 years of practical, hands-on experience in implementing IT systems; minimum 2 years management experience.
- Have good knowledge of ERP, MES, PLM, and the integration of them.
- Extensive professional and technical knowledge of production planning, production optimization and logistics
- Good experience in the creating reports (preferably on the basis of MS SQL servers)
- Have good knowledge of modelling in UML
- Have good knowledge of common technologies and standards on the automation level
- Have knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and approaches
- Have knowledge in Lean
- Have solid project management skills.
- Have strong analysis, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
- Able to train and coach project team members/client staff, and have strong leadership skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English – oral and written. German language skills are a plus.
