SUMMARY OF POSITION

Mei Tian Media, a Beijing based media company, seeks a marketing manager responsible for the development, management and execution of the marketing plans/strategies of MEI TIAN’s TV and digital shows.

Duties include development of creative materials and marketing strategies, and execution on marketing plans. The Manager interfaces with MEI TIAN’s various partners to execute on cross-divisional and cross-promotional opportunities supporting the titles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Develop orchestrate and execute comprehensive marketing plans from beta to launch and beyond for MEI TIAN’s shows including maintaining production team, brand integration sponsor and vendor relationships. Build and manage third party vendor network for marketing needs.
-Oversee advertising, promotions, interactive marketing and PR activities associated with MEI TIAN’s shows.
-Create and execute on complete marketing plans to ensure the most impactful marketing program for the target audience.
-Provide analysis on existing and emerging digital marketing channels and trends to evaluate future digital opportunities.
-Develop marketing KPIs and ensure the goal is achieved
-Collaborate with PR team in developing PR roll-out plans and support PR efforts with the creation of compelling art assets to secure best placements.
-Assist in the development and analysis of consumer insights. Contribute to long-term show planning, best practice analysis, and post-release product performance analysis.

Desired Skills & Experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Great passion for entertainment marketing
-Excellent English skills are a must
-BA/BS degree required.
-Coursework emphasis in business/marketing strongly preferred.
-4+ years experience in entertainment marketing. Candidates with social media marketing experience preferred.
-Demonstrated experience in project management, analysis and the ability to work across multiple teams.
-Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills.
-Results oriented, self-motivated.
-Extremely organized and detail oriented.
-Top quality presentation skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
-Ability to analyze a variety of data and identify marketing trends.
-High degree of comfort managing multiple projects.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
-Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs required.
