Overall Purpose of Job:
- Performs professionally on the corporate level in the area of C&B, HR system management (both Local & Global system).
- Be responsible for respective responsible HR project implementation in all China cities.
- Carry out HR project assigned by the manager.
Main Tasks (HR functions)
- Close monitor and update of HRIS according to global guidance. Provide update and training to HR team members on the HRIS functions and advice for the implementation. Represent China Region to support SAP-HCMS project roll out in China
- Administer employee database, and prepare HR reports according to managers' request. Support payroll on all C&B related services, including monthly salary calculation & payment, social insurance and benefits administration, C&B data monitor. AndSupport on C&B relative reporting and analysis; Support on internal / external auditors as required.
- Daily Support on China Mobility Management, handle the on-boarding & exiting process.
- Lead or participate in HR process related project including requirement analysis, functional design, system implementation and rollout etc.
JOB PROFILE
Education and Training
- Bachelor degree holder in HR management or related field.
- Good command in oral and written English.
- Other languages or dialects will be an advantage
Experiences
- 3~5 years working experience in related function with 2-years working experience on C&B function, especially payroll operation.
- Knowledge of HR process and having at least 2 years full-time experience on HRIS system implementation- Management, Experience with SAP-HR/Platinum is preferred.
