Purpose of job:

- To lead national service coordinator team

- To perform the task of solving customer's complaints and the company's order processing and ensuring a correct and complete input with the aim of obtaining a smooth flow to the benefit of the company and the customer as well.

- To position and maintain spare parts price

- To provide the consolidated accurate service statistic and reports to develop service business and management.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Overall monitor service cases and ensure the service quality and response time meet Grundfos service level

- To analysis the database of service job and documentation and provide the improvement suggestions.

- To be a service objective data provider & judger when Grundfos yearly evaluate Authorized service center performance

- To be responsible to audit the claim of Sacs and ensure the monthly payment to SC on service request.

- To assist service manager to implement service excellence in China

- To follow-up the time schedule of all service activities closely agreed upon and take appropriated action in case of deviations.

- To be responsible for checking all service material such as Job card, project file, information etc.

- To overall response the spare part ROL quarterly for the local service inventory.

- To cooperate with GPC service coordinator and DC if necessary.

- To coordinate service trainings and provide daily operation and administration training to internal staff as SC and customer.

- To prepare training materials of Daily Operation and Administration, and implement the training to internal staff as well as SCs.

- To update SCSS in time.

- SAP system training and maintenance

- Other tasks when assigned by the China Service Manager or above.
