Taishan Project Technical Change Engineer (China)
Purpose of the Job:
Support the technical change management in TSN (Taishan) project Engineering team (from China)
Position in the Organization:

Organisational Reporting:
Project Configuration Manager
Interfaces:
Detail Design Engineering teams, Configuration Management (Europe), TSN Engineering Management in China and Europe, Site project teams
Missions:
Objectives:
End of 2014, the implementation of Start-up configuration is ongoing in all engineering teams. After this configuration, additional modifications may arise from site feedback, experience feedback from other projects, late supplier feedback or licensing. These modifications shall be handled on a case-by-case basis, but TSN design configuration shall be mastered at all times.
Detailed tasks:
? Identification and Follow-up of Design Open Points (UDI, CR, DCR, TER, FM FA3/OL3, …) that may lead to Design Changes (TST)
? Organization of Change Management Board (Agenda, follow-up of Actions).
? Management of change objects in ARGOS tool (access right, quality review, support to disciplines).
? Update of procedures whenever necessary in support of the Configuration Manager.
? Support to Configuration and Technical Change team when necessary
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Requirements:
? Engineering Master’s Degree
? Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French, German or Chinese is a plus.
Knowledge / Experience:
? 3 years or more in Engineering field
? Knowledge in Engineering workflow (process / systems / procurement / design / layout / prefabrication / erection)
? Knowledge of EPR design is a plus
Behavioral Skills / Competencies:
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Rigorous and quality oriented
? Pro-active and team player.
Technical Skills / Competencies:
Good user of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…)
Good ability in tracking, updating, reporting & managing vast quantities of information
