A Recruitment and New Employee Boarding Arrangement招聘和新员工入职管理
1. Post and update ads of recruitment in system or to headhunters timely;
在招聘系统中或向猎头及时发布并更新招聘广告;
2. Complete company recruiting plan. This may involve a series of recruitment process: first selecting, telephone interview, face-to-face interview, propose offer and send out offer letter;
完成总部招聘计划。其中可能涉及的一系列流程为:简历筛选,电话面试,正式面试,起草并发放聘用书;
3. Complete new employee boarding process and finish new employment contract or agreement timely;
完成新员工入职流程并及时签订相关的劳动合同或劳务协议;
4. Contacting external recruiting vendor and renew relevant contract timely.
联系招聘供应商并及时更新相关合同。
B SAP/Recruitment System Data Maintenance SAP招聘系统数据的维护
5. Ensure to complete E-workflow of Personnel Requisition and relevant SAP plan maintenance;
确保完成人员需求的电子流程和相关SAP数据的维护;
6. Keeping staff master data up-to-date in the SAP system as well as creating, updating and managing staff files.
及时维护SAP系统里员工数据以及创建,更新和管理员工文档。
C Headcount Planning, Reporting and Analysis
7. Make annual headcount budgeting and year end forecasting headcount planning
准备年度及季度人头预算
8. Provide monthly headcount and recruitment reporting
准备月度人头报告及招聘报告
D Other Tasks其他
9. Support on employee relations management in corporate;
协助支持公司员工关系管理相关事宜;
10. Take on other HR projects(such as team building, outing, annual dinner etc.) as assigned and provide support and assistance as needed;
参与公司指派的其它人力资源项目(如团队建设,旅游,年会等)并且按需提供支持和帮助;
11. Assist HR Manager to handle daily operations in Corporate;
协助人力资源经理处理总部日常工作;
12. Complete other tasks related to this job.
