职位描述：
Treasury Accountant

(1) Bank accounts management
o Maintain availability of CN bank accounts to support business daily operations. Process authorized signatures amendments or other bank relative information update from time to time to reflect the status and make sure smooth operations through accounts.
o To understand Amazon Retail business. Give new bank account solution according to business development, process account opening in banks.
o Make sure all practices be in line with Amazon policies and keep proper archiving of all bank account documentations and a clear tracking on bank accounts profile.

(2) E-banking management
o Monthly review existed e-banking authorities in banks. Make possible amendments according to people position change etc, but e-banking authorities need to be granted only to people for his/her job position necessity, which is in line with relative control policies.

(3) Cash pool management
o Monitor daily cash flow for cash pool accounts from understanding on cash forecast and historical collection and payment level. Make sure enough cash in pool to support business daily operations.
o Continue to explore with relative functions to shape all collection and payment through cash pool bank accounts as much as can to achieve cash management efficiency and cash visibility efficiency.
o Keep market knowledge on cash deposit price, explore maximum yield for surplus cash balance.
o Quarterly review of bank reporting to validate bank commission calculation.
o Bi – yearly review of DODs and hard overdraft. Yearly review of the borrowing limits. To propose adjustment according to business development.

(4) SOX control
o Understand SOX control requirements for treasury relative. Consistently explore practice improvements for control purpose.
o Quarterly review and collect evidences for SOX control on Debt covenants, bank account portal managements, and possible added aspects with development.

(5) Insurance for Amazon CN
o To understand Amazon CN business and assets. Propose Insurance strategy for Amazon CN for Property All Risks Insurance, Business Interruption Insurance, Marine Cargo Insurance, Public and Product Liability Insurance. Work with HQ Risk Management team and Broker to deploy CN insurance strategy.
o Coordinate with Broker and internal functions for claim cases.

(6) FX management
o To understand current Amazon Retail FX relative business, import, export items and possible developing international trade FX relative from FTZ. Identify FX risks and propose FX solutions. Deploy agreed solutions into daily monitor/practice.

(7) Project supports and other possible jobs in Treasury team
o Amazon CN is in a rapid development as it is in internet business. Diversified projects may come to live from time to time. Treasury need to understand developing businesses and give complete treasury relative solutions starting from bank account structure, accounts operations solution, cash management, funding etc. The qualified candidate needs have capability to catch up and support accordingly.
o China is also in a rapid development environment. SAFE and PBOC may amend or update their Policies from time to time which may have possibility/opportunity to optimize cash management, funding etc solutions. The qualified candidate needs have fast learning skills and good business sense to identity opportunity, make proposal and deploy approved actions.


Basic Qualifications:
o 4+ years of Treasury or Accounting or Finance experiences in multinational company; more than 1 year in treasury role with extensive relevant knowledge is advantage;
Bachelor degree in accounting or finance;
o Familiar with banking business, SAFE/PBOC regulation and process;
o Ability to work with external parties, e.g. bank, SAFE etc., and across internal functions;
o Fluent in both written and spoken English;
o Strong ownership and delivery result;
o Excellent computer skills (Excel, word and etc.);

Preferred Qualifications:
o Ability to solve problem independently in an ambiguous and fast paced environment;
