职位描述：
Responsibilities:
 
1. Develop and implement internal rules & policies and control system to avoid legal risks at both project and corporate level, including regulatory compliance, contract execution and contractor management, anti-corruption, dispute resolution, etc.;
2. Conduct and organize legal due diligence on M&A opportunities; negotiate and finalize new PSCs, JV agreements and other deal documents;
3. Participate and provide legal support to other corporate level activities, including equity/bond offering, debt financing, reorganization, connected-person transactions, etc.
4. Draft, review and finalize important project related contracts such as PSC supplementary agreements, drilling and fracturing service agreements, procurement agreements, construction contracts, sales agreement, consulting agreements, etc.;
5. Participate in important business negotiations and tenders;
6. Assist and coordinate with project General Managers to solve issues with government, Chinese partners, contractors and customers;
7. Other responsibilities deemed necessary by CLO.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years legal-related working experience; prefer having both law firm and in-house legal counsel experiences;
2. Bachelor of Law or Master of Law; overseas education preferred;

Personal Skills:

1. Strong interpersonal skills and public relationship skills;
2. Deep understanding of the National and Provincial legal systems, especially those relating to coal mining, coal bed methane exploration, mining rights, etc.;
3. Able to work independently with limited supervision or guidance from the supervisor;
4. Good English communication (writing & speaking) & computer skills;
5. Able to work onsite for a considerable amount of time with relatively frequent business trips; 举报 分享
