THE COMPANY
Peak Scientific Instruments, a fast–growing company specialising in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators is looking to recruit an Industrial Field Service Engineer (FSE). We are global market leaders in the design, manufacture and servicing of instrument gas generators for analytical laboratories. POSITION
Reporting to the Technical Manager, this role is critical to supporting the highest standards of service our customers expect, the Industrial FSE role involves:
? Installation and Commissioning of turnkey gas generator solutions.
? Working together with the sales team, provide site survey’s and technical support.
? Supporting Scientific service work where required.
? Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is provided for the service and support of all Peak products
? Working with the Technical Manager to create SOP’s and other documents where required.
? Optimisation of existing administration processes
? Carrying out routine maintenance and emergency repairs when necessary.

The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background in compressor and/or gas pipe working, have strong time management and organisational skills as well as the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Experience of CAD drawings would be advantageous.
