Job Summary:
Account Management
- Develop the major account strategy
- Develop and maintain account relationship
- Resell, up sell and cross sell Nielsen solutions and products
- Expand Nielsen account market share
Financial Management
- Lead the planning and budgeting of all business for the responsible clients
- Achieve revenue and EBITA targets
- Monitor the actual financial performance against budget / forecast and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions that will led to the achievement of the financial targets
- Ensure proper pricing and contracts are completed and approved according to company's policies and guidelines
People Management
- Build and develop NBD team as the business grow
- Manage the team members’ performance
Typical Position Pre-requisites:
He/she has ideally worked in the wireless/telecom industry, with extensive experience in new business development, account management and consultative selling.
- A solid understanding of the wireless or telecom services market in several domains - marketing, product development, network operations, technology evolution, finance, competitive dynamics;
- A proven track record delivering on or exceeding revenue goals
- An ability to assess client needs effectively and address needs through new products, solutions and services;
- General management experience and maturity in working with clients in emotionally charged, high profile environments;
- Strong skills in constructing and delivering senior level client presentations and ”telling the story” using data
