POSITION SUMMARY


Plan and develop sales strategies, includes building the China sales organization with the objective of ensuring continuous profitable revenue growth across all products.


PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES


· SALES PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES - Identify and develop customer relationships which offer high revenue potential; sell appropriate solutions to higher potential customers; implement pricing programs in order to achieve revenues targets and to maximize customer satisfaction.


· SALES TEAM PLANNING – Leading sales team to collect and analyze market pricing data; determine individual tactics in order to ensure strong market penetration, account development and yield enhancement.


· QUALITY MANAGEMENT – Leading sales team to collect and provide customer feedback on service for future service enhancement and new product development in order to enhance service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction.


· SALES COMMUNICATIONS - Meet regularly with operations and related departments, both local and overseas, to resolve customer issues in order to enhance customer satisfaction and to ensure that annual revenue goals are achieved.


· COLLABORATION WITHIN GROUP – working closely with sales & management team in FedEx Express to exchange the market information as well as designing the proposal for mutual customers.

· BUDGET - Prepare and submit annual budget to top management; control, monitor and report results on a regular basis in order to achieve budget targets.


· TRADE LANE – Support development of strategic initiatives in the Trade Lane department by focusing on specific objectives laid down by the company time to time.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· About 10 years experience in freight forwarding & logistics sales

· About 7 years of solid experience and proven track record in sales management

· Able to exhibit strong knowledge in various industry types and growth areas in China

· Fluency in English and Mandarin both spoken and written

· Good analytical, problem-solving, project management and presentation skills.

· Leadership skills
