Guarantee, analyze and define the standard times evaluation connected to equipment saturation, and man-machine chart

Define, control plant production capacity plan, workers headcount
制定和控制工厂产能计划与工人人数

Develop and implement productivity improvement actions for the plants, optimizing the cost/benefit ratio.

Interact with other functions of the plant to design and implement technical/organisational projects of improvement, including development of innovative productive processes

Propose and implement, by analyzing and evaluating the productivity and economic parameters, actions aimed at optimizing costs and quality of the product, in compliance with the standards of quality of the product.
