1. Documentation preparation for overall overseas degree program admission process for our client according to case delivered by team leader;
2. Translate related paper material and application documents; advice for adjustment of related paper work;
3. Provide paper work decoration solution, PS writing, draft resolution of Essay and study proposal;
4. Collect latest admission information and share with teammate, summarize and solve any issues during application;
5. Usage of CRM system for client info management and tracking of admission progress and feedback to client in timely manner;
6. Related data and mtl analysis for continue improving of recruitment efficiency;
7. Maintain good relation with customers and remain as less complain as possible;
8. Provide excellent service to client and achieve the highest passing rate of admission.

Job Requirement
1. 2 years above related experience in writing and translation service, university or postgraduate qualification;
2. Proficiency in English writing and reading, TEM8 or relevant level;
3. Excellent communication and interpretation skills;
4. Customer and service orentation, strong learning skills, flexible and responsible.
