职位描述：
1.产品的检验标准和质量判定基准，监督和保证质量标准的落实；
2.代工厂的质量过程全程监督和控制（包括SMT贴片、后端测试、包装出货等），推动各质量控制点有效落实；
3.定期索要和监督代工厂生产各个环节相关数据并统计分析，找出问题改善对策并监督执行；
4.及时组织代工厂人员处理生产过程中的质量问题，组织相关部门分析制定改善、预防对策；
5.对客退品的重要不良问题组织分析并给客户反馈8D质量报告；
任职要求：
1.电子或通信类相关专业本科以上学历；
2.大学英语四级以上，有良好英语读写能力，基本口语交流能力；
3.三年以上手机或者无线通信模块行业QE相关工作经验；
4.熟悉手机或者无线通信模块贴片、测试、组装等工艺和制程，能够分析和处理产线常见问题；
5.熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系及工厂质量运做流程；
6.良好的沟通能力及谈判能力具有团队合作精神； 举报 分享
