职位描述
岗位职责：
1、在人力资源领域向客户提供专业的高级职位招聘服务；
2、在确定的合作条款及项目管理要求下，分析客户的发展规划和人力资源需求，制定可实施的解决方案；
3、正确理解客户需求，并提案有效的人力资源寻访计划；
4、实施或指导实施人才寻访；
5、通过面试筛选优秀的候选人，向客户提供推荐意见；
6、为候选人制定可行的发展规划并积极与客户沟通以提高双方的满意度；
7、回访候选人在客户公司的职业发展及业绩评价；
任职要求：
1、正规高等院校本科或以上学历；（专业不限，年龄不限）
2、优秀的沟通技巧；
3、较强的说服能力，自信，热情，耐心；愿意在压力下工作，愿意接受极具挑战性的工作；
4、有专业精神，有志成长为优秀的人力资源专业人士；
5、积极主动，责任心强，良好的自我管理能力；
6、优先条件：有猎头相关经验者优先考虑；有知名外资企业销售或人力资源相关工作经验者优先；有丰富的招聘经验者优先；性格乐观积极者优先。
